Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar - Local Sight Seeing
Arrive at Srinagar You will be met by our representative at the Srinagar airport. He will assist and transfer you to Srinagar Hotel. In the afternoon you take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar Houseboat
Day 02: Srinagar to Gulmarg
Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola) for mountain ride up to khilanmarg. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Overnight in Gulmarg
Day 03: Gulmarg to Pahalgam
Gulmarg-Pahalgam Drive to Pahalgam(Valley of Shepherds) via Awantipur. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Drive through the pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of about 145 kms will be covered in about 3 1/2 hrs. Full Day sightseeing tour of Pahalgam visiting Baisaran, Dabyan, Waterfall, Tulian Lake, Kashmir Valley by ponies. Overnight stay in Pahalgam .
Day 04: Pahalgam to Sonamarg
After Breakfast proceed to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow) The distance of about 83 kms will be covered about 4-½ hrs. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow Srinagar
Day 05: Sonmarg - Srinagar - Departure
After Breakfast Checkout Hotel later Local sightseeing (If time permit) of Mughal gardens , Nishat Bagh , CheshmaShahi , Shalimar Bagh , Pari Mahal,Nehru Botanical Garden as all situated aside Dal lake and enroute visit carpet-weaving factory and proceed to Srinagar Airport.
